Angled Tip Bushings

For gating on inclined part faces, our standard Precision PLX375 bush is available with special angled tips which can accommodate moulding faces inclined from the vertical by 25^o to 50^o, and can be supplied with one or two gate tips per bush.

Extended Tip Bushings

For reaching into inaccessible areas, our standard Micropoint and Precision DG bushings are available with a 10mm extended tip.

For gating deep inside small parts such as Caps & Closures, our Micropoint bushings are available with a 50mm extended heated tip that fits inside a 9mm diameter bore.
